Fashion For Francophiles

Online Sample Sale @ideeli:

This event features silk scarves.

A woman's sense of style is evident in her accessories, so they ought to be remarkable. Belts, whether florid or classic, should cinch your waist or beautifully accent your hips. Satin and leather bags should be impeccably crafted with luxurious accents including zippers, colorful handles, and embroidery. And jewelry must be dramatic and evoke high glamour. The best-accessorized women in the world choose Christian Lacroix. Now it's your turn.

The legend of Christian Lacroix began in 1987 and his designs are now sold in over 1,000 stores worldwide. Growing up in Arles, France, Lacroix had dreams of becoming a costume designer or a museum curator. We are thankful he found his way and became a fashion designer. Lacroix worked at Hermès and the House of Jean Patou before launching his own collection with the fantastic "pouf" skirt, acclaimed for its drama and magnificence. These same qualities permeate the entire Christian Lacroix accessory collection. Whether it's a belt, bag, or a necklace... slip it on, it's your Lacroix to bear.

This event is scheduled to start on Wednesday, September 9 at 11:00 AM for 1st Row members and at 12:00 PM for 2nd Row members. This event will run for 36 hours, or until it sells out.

*ideeli prices for this event start at $59!

I'm really looking forward to this event because I love beautiful scarves and Lacroix! Now if only I could rummage around for enough money to buy some of these lovelies. x.
